Japanese is an East Asian language spoken by about 125 million speakers, primarily in Japan as their national language. It is a member of the Japonic language family, whose relation to other language groups, particularly to Korean and the suggested Altaic language family, is debated. The Japanese language is spoken by the approximately 127 million inhabitants of Japan, and by the Japanese living in Hawaii and on the North and South American mainlands.

Inuktitut is one the principal language of Canada. It is the official language of Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Inuktitut also has legal recognized in some other areas of Canada. According to the Canadian census, there are around 35,000 Inuktitut speakers in Canada, including around 200 who live outside the traditional Inuit lands.
Interlingue was published in 1922 and it is created by Balto-German and Edgar de Wahl. Many of the derived word forms of this language reflect similar forms common to a number of Western European languages, mainly those in the Romance family. It is created in a way that it is easy to understand at first sight for individuals familiar with Western European languages. It was previously known as Occidental but after the WWII its name changed to Interlingue. It is written in Latin script.
Ijo also known as Ijaw languages are spoken by the Ijaw people in southern Nigeria. They belong to the Niger-Congo group of languages. Ijo languages are written in using the Latin script. They are noted for their subject-object-verb word order, which is otherwise an unusual feaure in Niger-Congo languages.
Igbo is the native language of the Igbo people in the southeastern Nigeria. There are around 24 million speakers of Igbo language. It is written in the Latin script. There are various Igbo dialects and some of them are not mutually comprehensible. The standard written form of Igbo language is based on the Owerri and Umuahia dialects.
Icelandic is the main language of Iceland. It is a North Germanic language and it belongs to the Indo-European family of languages. Around 97% of the population of Iceland considers Icelandic as their mother tongue. However, in some communities outside Iceland the use of this language is declining. After the independence of Iceland, Icelandic became the official and literary language of the country. Since 1995, 16th November is celebrated as the Icelandic Language Day.
The Iban language belongs to the Austronesian family of languages. It is spoken by the Iban people in the Indonesian province of Kalimantan Barat and in Brunei and is closely related to Sarawakian Malay. It is written using the Latin alphabets. As of 2004, there are around 690,000 native speakers of this language.
